- Process authorized qualification requests and return results to the customer's designated workflow.

- Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
3. Credit and qualification information
SimpleQualify is designed to process financial pre-qualification requests submitted by business customers. Appropriate consumer authorization must be obtained before a request is submitted. Qualification information is used for the authorized purpose requested by the customer and does not itself constitute final underwriting, approval, or a commitment to provide financing.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, secure, support, bill, or operate the service.
- Data and qualification providers used to complete an authorized request.
- The business customer that submitted the request and the return destination it designated.
- Professional advisers, auditors, or authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell website visitor information for unrelated third-party advertising.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual requirements, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the customer's configuration.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for securing their own credentials, workflows, return destinations, and authorized users.
7. Cookies and analytics
The initial SimpleQualify website does not include third-party advertising trackers by default. If analytics or similar technologies are added, this policy and any required notices should be updated.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the nature of the information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action. Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and the role SimpleQualify plays for the applicable business customer.
When information was submitted by one of our business customers, the fastest path may be to contact that company directly. We may refer a request to the customer that controls the applicable workflow.
9. Children's privacy
SimpleQualify is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
